Discrete restriction estimates

We will discuss Wooley's Efficient Congruencing approach to discrete restriction estimates for translation-dilation invariant systems of equations. Then we will discuss recent estimates for the curve (X,X3) which lie just outside of this framework as well as that of Decoupling.
