Meta Material, First Direct Observation of Reverse Cherenkov Radiation, and Test of Babinet Principle

Meta Material has many novel properties. We have made the first direct observation of reverse Cherenkov radiation in a medium with negative index of refraction, and now proceed to test the Babinet principle, which correlates the radiations induced by an electron beam in a meta-material and its complement.
