Nonabelian Generalized Lax pairs, Post-Lie Algebras and Related Operadic Structures

Abstract: In this talk a generalization of Lax pairs will be introduced. The related R-matrix ansatz, O-operators and the (modified) classical Yang-Baxter equation will be discussed. The second half of the talk will focus on the relation between an O-operator and a Post-Lie algebra and related operadic structures. This talk is based on joint works with C. Bai and L. Guo.
