Forms and requests:

• Detached Duty
  To complete if you will be out of residence for more than 3 weeks
  Download and fill out HR Detached Duty form
  Submit HR form to the Division for further approvals and processing

• Departure from Caltech
  For a smooth transition, inform your PI and Admin as soon as you know you will leave Caltech
  Download and fill out HR departure form
  Submit HR form to the Division for processing
