Funding Resources

GRADUATE

As graduate students in PMA, you have access to up to $500/year of conference/travel funding that has been generously donated by David and Barbara Groce. You may apply at the links below. Please note the deadlines below. This request should be made before your conference begins and arrangements are made. Most requests are granted but conference/travel funding is not guaranteed, so you need to make the request with enough time that if your request is denied, you are able to find other sources of funds. The deadlines for this year are as follows:


  • Fall term conference attendance - Friday, October 27, 2023
  • Winter term conference attendance - Friday, January 26, 2024
  • Spring term conference attendance - Friday, April 26, 2024
  • Summer term conference attendance - Friday, July 26, 2024

UNDERGRADUATE

PMA Undergraduate Conference and Student Support Funding - Our division has a small bucket of funding available for student requests (up to $200) such as conference attendance and other academically critical activities throughout the year. This funding is only available to PMA undergraduate students. To ensure that your request receives the proper review, please adhere to the deadlines below. Your request should be made before your conference begins and arrangements are made. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Additionally, if you get approved for funding at any point during AY23-24, you will have to wait until the next AY to submit another request.

   The deadlines for this year are as follows:
   Fall term - Friday, October 27, 2023
   Winter term - Friday, January 26, 2024
   Spring term - Friday, April 26, 2024
   Summer - Friday, July 26, 2024
