Gravitational Path Integral for 1/4 BPS N = 4 black holes from Siegel Modular Forms

Using the microscopic formulation for 1/4 BPS black holes in N = 4 4d string theory [Dijkgraaf-Verlinde-Verlinde], I will
1. Improve on the existing formulation of the corresponding quantum entropy function obtained using supersymmetric localization
- Show how the degeneracy formula can be reinterpreted in semiclassical gravity involving 2D susy wormholes.
I will start with the basics of 4d N= 4 string compactifications and Siegel modular forms and assume little to no background on the literature.
