Speaker's Bio:
Mordechai (Moti) Segev is a Distinguished University Professor and the Trudy and Norman Louis Professor of Physics, at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. He received his B.Sc. and D.Sc. from the Technion in 1985 and 1990, respectively. After spending three years at Caltech as a post-doc, he joined Princeton in 1994 as an Assistant Professor, becoming an Associate Professor in 1997, and a Professor in 1999. In the summer of 1998, he went back to Israel, eventually resigning from Princeton in 2000.
