Kavli Nanoscience Institute Cleanroom Ribbon-Cutting

President Jean-Lou Chameau and Axel Sherer, Bernard A. Neches Professor of Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, and Physics, and director of the Kavli Nanoscience Institute, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Kavli Nanoscience Institute cleanroom. The facilities are available to users from both academia and industry, and were made possible by generous gifts from the Kavli Foundation and the Moore Foundation.
