Open compact subgroups of SO_{2n+1}(F)

Let F be a non-Archimedean local field. I will define the open compact subgroups of SO_{2n+1}(F) which lead to a theory of newforms. These subgroups play the role for SO_{2n+1}(F) as the congruence subgroups for GL__2(F) in the classical result of Casselman.
