A dilogarithm identity on the moduli space of curves

We establish a McShane type identity on closed hyperbolic surfaces. The identity involves the dilogarithm of the lengths of simple closed geodesics in 3-holed spheres and 1-holed tori in the surface. This is a joint work with Ser Peow Tan.
