Generic elements in isometry groups of Polish ultrametric spaces

I will present a characterization of Polish ultrametric spaces whose isometry groups contain
a neighborhood basis at the identity consisting of clopen subgroups with ample generics.
I will also discuss some other applications of the arguments used to prove this characterization.
